• Other Digital Products: Premium plugins, extensions, themes, connectors, and downloadable software offered through our catalog

Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency you select (EUR or USD) and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update our prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Purchased plugins are licensed to you (not sold). Each license permits use on the number of domains specified in your purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the code without our written permission.

What We Cannot Guarantee

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Termination by You

• Recurring licenses may be canceled according to the cancellation options and terms shown for the applicable product
• Cancellation of a recurring license prevents future renewal according to the applicable billing terms but does not automatically create a refund right
• Products (plugins) are subject to our 30-day money-back guarantee

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend product access, licenses, updates, or related account features if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Fail to make payments
• Engage in abusive, illegal, or fraudulent behavior
• Violate our intellectual property rights

Upon termination, any outstanding payment obligations remain due where applicable.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared in connection with product support, licensing, account administration, or other permitted communications.

• We will not disclose confidential business information or personal data you provide to us to third parties
• Confidential information is handled only for legitimate product, support, licensing, or legal purposes
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the relevant relationship where required by law or agreement

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt resolution through:

1. Direct negotiation: Good-faith discussion within 30 days of the dispute arising
2. Mediation: Non-binding mediation with a neutral third party
3. Arbitration or court: As a last resort, in the courts of Skardu, Pakistan

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on our website. Continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
